Does peeing after sex prevent pregnancy?

This is a myth, peeing after sex won't prevent pregnancy. This is because during vaginal intercourse, ejaculation happens in the vaginal canal, whereas urine is released from the urethra. Therefore, if semen has entered the vagina, the sperm is already travelling in order to fertilize an egg. However, peeing after sex decreases one's chance of getting a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection.)
