How would I know if I am fertile?
One natural method of knowing if you are fertile is by checking your vaginal mucus. During different times throughout your menstrual cycle , you will notice that your cervical mucus (secretions) vary in texture and colour. When the mucus starts to look clear and wet (similar to the one of a raw egg white) that means that you are ovulating. When the mucus has a thicker and stickier texture, that means that you are no longer fertile.
