Sex with a disabled person requires so much more planning than sex with an abled person - right?

There's this idea that sex should be spontaneous, reinforced in movies, books, and especially pornography, but even sex between two abled people usually requires some amount of planning. Whether this is setting the mood through flirting or candles, or making sure that both are consenting to the sexual activities, some planning and communication is essential to any sexual encounter! There may be a few more things to consider with a disabled partner, such as comfort or positioning, but this communication should be a part of sex with any partner, disabled or not.
