Is anal sex healthy?

Anal sex is neither healthy nor unhealthy. It is a sexual practice one may choose or not choose to participate in. Anal sex, like most of the sexual practices carries the risk of transmitting STI’s (sexually transmitted infections). Some tips that can make anal sex safer are:  -Using condoms.  -Avoid using oil-based lubricants. That lubricants can break the latex of the condom for its composition. Instead of it, it is recommended to use water-based lubricants. -It the sex is between male and female partners, they should change the condom after having anal sex and inserting in the vagina. If not, there is a risk of infection.
