When masturbating but not ejaculating does semen go out with urine when peeing?
The channel that both sperm and urine come out from to go outside of the body is called the urethra. The urethra is part of the urinary system and the male reproductive system, and therefore, both fluids pass through this channel to be removed from the body.
When ejaculation occurs during sexual activity or masturbation, the muscles around the reproductive system contract, propelling semen through the urethra. However, when you masturbate but don't ejaculate, the semen typically doesn't come out with urine during peeing. When ejaculation doesn’t occur, the semen typically remains in the reproductive system and therefore, the process of urination, controlled by the bladder muscles, is independent of the ejaculation process.
Nonetheless, if you are experiencing an ejaculation with little to no semen and then urinating with semen, this might mean that you are experiencing retrograde ejaculation, or commonly known as a dry orgasm. It is recommended to consult your doctor about this, especially if you are trying to conceive.
