If I don't feel comfortable talking to my children about sex, is it best I say nothing?

It is very common for parents to feel uncomfortable talking about sex with their children, however we shouldn't let this stop us. Educating our children about safe sex and maintaining good sexual health is how we prevent children from experimenting on their own without any prior knowledge of the consequences that sex may bring with it
