General Sex Questions

I am thinking/fantasising about someone else whilst having sex with my partner, should I tell them?

It is very normal for people to fantasise about others, it's very common to know someone who fantasises about a celebrity or someone whom they think is attractive. However, to some, thinking or fantasising about others can evoke uncomfortable feelings and feel like they are breaking the solid trusting foundation of the relationship but having a fantasy about someone else is not equivalent to cheating. Adults can control their impulsive thoughts. However, if sexual pleasure is only occurring when you fantasise about the other person, you should see whether you should discuss it with your partner.
