How can I keep good vaginal hygiene after sex?

It is recommended that after you have sex you should urinate so that any bacteria can be flushed out to avoid contracting a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). Having a warm shower or cleaning your vagina with warm water after sex is also recommended but this can wait until the morning after. If you really want to clean up while still in bed then you can keep unscented baby wipes near you to wipe your vulva.
