Orgasm
How can my partner and I time our orgasms to orgasm together?
It is perfectly normal for your orgasms not to occur simultaneously, especially because in heterosexual couples women tend to take longer than men to orgasm. However, there are many things you can try. Women can strengthen their pelvic floor (kegel muscles) by using vaginal weights known as kegel balls. Using lube in case of vaginal dryness, being patient and finding the right spot, and stimulating the G-spot and the clitoris can all help women to orgasm. In the case of heterosexual couples, men can also try slowing themselves down by squeezing the area between the head of the penis and the shaft right before climaxing, use numbing sprays/creams, condoms that include fluids to help delay ejaculation, or wearing cock rings.
It is also a matter of learning each other's bodies and learning to communicate about pleasure so that you can by time learn to coordinate orgasms.
