I cry every time I orgasm. Is it normal?

Crying after sex is a normal response. The body experiences hormonal changes during sex which might result in intense emotional responses. This is obviously a possible reason if you are not experiencing pain during sex, in which case it would be best if you visit a doctor or gynaecologist. Another reason for crying after orgasm is personal issues and feelings, such as anxiety, shame, and guilt, which could be a result of many different things, including, your upbringing, trauma, performance anxiety etc.
