Is it true that children don't experiment if you don't talk to them about sex at all when they are young?

Informing your children provides them with the right tools to experiment safely should they wish to. However, talking about the topic does not produce any thoughts of wanting to experiment, this will happen if the child is in fact already curious. In fact talking about sex with them would provide for a safe space for them to learn more about the values of sex and how they should go about it.
