Pregnancy & Sex
My partner just gave birth to our child, however as the father I am feeling left out. What can I do?
Despite the fact that the mother goes through a painful experience when giving birth, it is ok for the partner to reach out when in need. If you feel as though you need support, reach out and speak to someone about it. This can be your partner whom you can communicate your worries with. It may also be a professional whom you can speak about your experience with.
