Menstruation
When am I most fertile?
Fertility varies from one person to another. Typically, one is most fertile during their ovulation period. This is when an egg is being released by the ovary into the fallopian tube. It is difficult to know when a woman is ovulating, however, this generally occurs during day 10 to day 16 of the cycle. There are some physical signs, such as vaginal discharge consistency or basal temperature. There are ovulation tests one can do to have a better and more clear indication.
